FTE Database error

FTE Database error
I seem to hit this more often these days. Not sure what's up, if it's maintenance or what. Just thought I'd report it. I'm running IE9 on a Win7 machine. Internet is fully functional when this occurs, can connect to other sites, email, etc, just not FTE... 
Oh yeah, and apologize at the bottom is spelled incorrectly.. Just sayin'.
