bent push rod?

bent push rod?
hey guys i just got the valve cover off my 4.9 and had a lot of rocker play and the rocker was torqued to specs so i tried to pull the push roud out the top of the head and wont come out so does this mean the pushrod is bent ?

That's a strange one. If the rocker arm is torqued down the
only way you could get play in the push rod is if the lifter
collapsed, the valve is stuck open, a broken valve
spring or the push rod failed from over revving.
To replace a hydraulic lifter you can get to it by removing the
push rod tube cover on the driver side of the engine.
