Random problems...need some input
My cruise control began not downshifting when it needed too, then quit working altogether...how do I fix this? Is it a sensor or something?
Second, the heated seats don't work, but the led light comes on. How or what do I do to fix the seat heater? It's freakin winter and cold where I live.

I'm not the most technical guy on here, but last year I did have to replace the CC servo when mine stopped working. This is an expensive fix.
Have your mechanic check it out. It could be the switch, as well, which would keep it from 'turning on'. That would be cheaper!
Don't know about your seats, will defer to others on that one.

Awesome! Thanks for the replies. I really hope the heated seat thing isn't that involved. Haha.
Another thing I noticed...the light for the 4WD selector has burned out. I know it's different then just a regular bulb, any idea what it's called so I can get another one?
