Mods or someone help
One of our members Darin (427fordman) needs help. He changed his email in the user cp and now all it lets him do is log in he can't post are change any info in user cp.
he was told he had to reregister but we don't know how to
What does he have to do to get his account working again ?

this is the first i heard of it. have him send me an email with his old and new email addresses and what he did that screwed things up, and i will forward it to the tech dept.

Glad to be back guys. I try not to be too noisy Glenn! Went through a little fte withdrawl there for a couple days not being able to post!
I have no idea on the fix. An administrator changed my account from awaiting email verification(which I couldn't do for some reason) to registered full, and I'm back.

Probably a full new account. I know I wouldn't want that. What would it have been? 427 fordman 2? LOL Well, I guess that wouldn't be to bad, they would have reestablished the original account then we would have TWO Darins! LOL

i am not sure on the fix either. the last time i changed email was back before IB took over. back then it was just click on a link in the email they sent you and it activated your account.
i tried to let you know last night that i had forwarded everything Darin sent me in his email to the moderators forum so someone smarter than i am could fix the problem, but just as i hit the submit button the servers went down.
and it was Carlene that "fixed" you Darin.
