Fate, Timing, or Coincidence.....
So I had to go to a funeral today. My last grandparent died this past week. We ended up getting over to Indiana a bit early. No sooner than my girlfriend said the words " What are we going to do for the next half hour?", i saw a guy turning around his 50 f1 in his driveway. I slammed on the breaks, flipped on the turn signal and pulled in. He was more than happy to show me his truck and some of the things he did. Besides the dakota digital cluster I immediately recognized, he pointed out the fact he could not even give away a perfect condition in cab gas tank. He leaned the seat up and to my surprise there were to speakers mounted on the face of the gas tank. A very cool idea, using the factory tank and location as a speaker box.
Maybe Grandma had something to do with it, I dont really know. Im not a morning person and any other day I would never consider being that early.
Im sure others have those stories like mine that are just too wierd to be good timing. Feel free to share them.

Grandma's are a powerful force in the universe - glad yours was 'with' you once more.
I get the stronger sense of connectedness with my late father when I'm behind the wheel - same as a number of others, I'm sure.

The one I get is my Mother who died in '98. She was born in the 11th month, at 11 PM. Married on the 11th of August, was the 11th grand child of BOTH her grandmothers, and died at 11:01 in the hospital after a long fight with lung cancer just days after her and Dad's 56th anniversary (5 + 6 = 11). What is really weird is that I often wake up at night and the clock says 1:11 or 11:11. It happens about twice a month and has for years. I often notice clocks when they are at those times too. But, if she showed me any trucks I guess I just wasn't paying attention.

It's called Apophenia
I have had the strange feeling I would die at 11:11. And I, too notice that time appear on the clock (thanks to it being a digital clock). So I did a little research. Here's what it is.
Oh, and check out the time on my post...
With regards to the 11:11 phenomenon, rather than being a supernatural warning sign, psychologists say it is a classic case of "apophenia," or the human tendency to find meaning or patterns in randomly occurring data. This condition feeds on itself, because the more conscious you are of something — such as repeating 11s — the more often you'll notice it in the world around you, and thus the more certain you'll become that the pattern is real.
