Coolant leak??

So went to move my truck after getting 30 inches of snow last night, noticed yellow underneath my truck, backed up the truck and then noticed it was also dripping down off of the back of the muffler???? Moved my truck about 25 feet away and let it idol for 20 minutes as a plow moved the snow, kept checking but no more leak? Just checked again, and there is plain old watervdripping from under the truck where the snow is melting but still no more yellow. Any ideas? Can coolant leak and rundown down the length of the exhaust and then collect and drip? Confused.. 04 f150 fx4 5.4

What colour is your window washer fluid
mine is yellow had trail in snow under truck back to muffler as well a couple weeks ago but found no coolant leak.
had this last year as well if your using lots of washer fluid and its snowing seems it cant drain properly and flows along the underside of truck.
that's what i found last 2 winters
no rad problems found
keep checking the level in your rad overflow tank if it don't move your ok
