15's will not fit. I have a 76 f-250 highboy and my spar tires on 16's barley fit. If you have the dual piston calipers in the front I don't believe they will.
They will fit if you have bugger all back spacing. My truck came with 15x8 wheels but they had less than 3 inches backspacing to clear the dual piston calipers.
High Boy: Enthusiasts term for 1967/76 F250 4WD's, 1977 F250 4WD's assembled before serial number Y20,001. Have a divorced transfer case. No such thing as an F100, F150 or F350 High Boy.
No F250 2WD or 4WD came from FoMoCo with 15" wheels, as there was no such thing! / 5 lug 5.50" bolt circle 15" wheels only installed on F100/150/Bronco thru 1996, 1975 thru today E100/150's.
All 1953/98 F250's came with 8 lug wheels on a 6.50" bolt circle. 1953/66 F250's came standard with 16" wheels, 17.5" x 5.25" and 19.5" x 5.25" wheels were optional.
All 1967/98 F250's came with 16" wheels. 1967/79 F250 Camper Specials came with unique 6.75" x 16.5" wheels that required special tires that were hard to find and expensive when found.
depends on what year of highboy it is. i had a 1976 for awhile that had 15s. the back of the rim was flush no back spacing at all. on my 74 i have currently 15 slot mags fit but it has drum brakes. as for factory bill is right on the money as always. only thing is i think most had 16.5. at least that is my experince with the trucks.
