Hopefully someone out there in forum land can help.
I spotted a tailgate handle relocator kit in a magazine that was over here in Aus about two months ago for 75/79 F100 series......
...and now for the life of me, cannot find it advertised again anywhere.
Not that this will be much help, but the company was called something like K-Max, or K-Mac...something like that.
Any suggestions on where I might be able to get one? Im up to the tailgate restoration on the 79 and want to order it asap.
Hi Jase, I am not familiar with the Aussie mags or speed shops but, I did see them in the LMC and NPD catalogs. The ones that they DID carry relocated the handle to the inside of the tailgate. Now, I am not sure if either one still handles the kit. John
Glad I could help you out Jase. I am FAR from being a legend but thanks for the complement. LOL I enjoy trying to help ppl out when I can, as I am sure you do to along with many, many others. I am going to relocate the handle on my "77 F-150 Ranger XLT also. Check out my garage and have a look see on the frenched arials and shaved door handles to. Cheers Mate.
