Happy birthday to Jase. Hope everyone survived the party.
After a week of every spare minute working on this, we finally have a dishwasher at my house. It's only been 14 years. Won't change my life much, but she looks happy about it.
Here's a good one... Tonight my "buddy" who SCREWED up my truck this summer, sent me a FACEBOOK message saying he was sorry with how everything ended up... Wow... Cuz FB is now worthy of an apology that has cost me hundreds of dolllars.
It might not be the right venue to truly apologize, Jake. But, it is becoming the biggest and most used communication tool, really. He probably really does feel bad and wants to apologize.
Think of expressions of sympathy. Do you ever really fell like you can convey sympathy properly? It's part of why I really can't stand funerals.
Anyway, forgive him or don't. It's your call. It seems like he wants you to.
Disclaimer: lots of Jim Beam Devil's Cut and plenty of backspacing and typo correcting involved in this post.
You have a point Eric, but I'm equally as inebriated (Fireball Whiskey, and a few Lakemaid beers) as you are tonight... So I'm smart enough to not have a conversation on facebook chat with him in my current state.
Yeah... It couldn't end well if I had done that. I'll reply to him in a few days, but man... I'm still very upset about the whole deal, and I'm generally not one to hold a grudge. But this has just got to me, on a whole different level.
A big thanks Dave for the help on the sled. Between him and another friend we got all done except for getting the rear heat exchanger hooked up. I will get the parts for that today and give the sled a test run. That was a few days of he!! getting that project done. Had to chop the heck out of the new tunnel extension to make it work.
