Well I guess I spoke too soon about getting the truck next weekend.
Apparently the IRS is waiting until mid month to even review tax returns with school loans.
So who freaking knows when my $$ will arrive.

Bruce - Yes, I think it will be a nice addition once we get it done. I borrowed my dad's miter saw to get the cuts done. 
Although, I'm considering buying one since I've been doing a lot of cutting and modifications lately. LOL. I already bought a jig saw, router and router table because when I make the overflow boxes, I'll have to cut the "teeth" out of the top of them with the router and table. Wanted them to look good. I'll use the jig saw to cut out the pieces of acrylic. However, I have to go out and get a very fine jig saw blade for that task. The blades I have are WAY too rough for the cut.

Looks like another cold snap here in Vegas this weekend. Wooohoo! LOL At least I've been able to ride my motorcycle for the past couple of weeks and it's been nice/fun.

Hi gang, I hope everyone is well and happy today!
I love the way my dogs greet me when I get up. Starts the day off nicely.
Chilly again today. Our recent snowfall did not amount to much but it did help the ski areas.
My wife went up, took a couple of runs but left because of the crowds and loco snowboarders.

Happy Sunday! May it be a blessing to all of us.
Well, the taxes are done & Jimmy actually took it pretty well, when he found out that I was allowing my ex to claim Karl this year for the EIC & child tax credit! I did claim Kaedon though! Jimmy didn't say much about it, although he did mention that we couldv'e had almost $3000 dollars more if I hadn't giving my ex the EIC & child tax deduction this year!
Now(so far), I've got one more big hurdle to cross this year & hopefully things will come to a head & then I'll know if our marriage is going to work out or not. I'm not looking forward to it, but once Dale is out of jail & the sale of my place is complete LEGALLY, I can let my guard down a bit & move on with my life.
So, that's how my day went yesterday. I hope everyone has a good day!

Don't worry Greg! The trucks not going anywhere. She's here waiting for you to give her a good home.
Just let us know when you're coming. Are you guys staying over the weekend? Maybe I can get a small GTG BBQ, lunch or dinner set up? We could even go to V.C. & get an Old Time group photo taken! Anyone up for a small local GTG in the C.C., Dayton, V.C. area?

We will probably be looking to stay the weekend if we can find a cheap hotel close by.
Maybe start a new thread and see what kind of interest you can drum up for a get together.

I do appreciate you holding the truck for me.
I am going nuts waiting for the truck and that makes it harder to be willing to trailer/tow it home. I can't wait to drive it.
