Our last dog was a rescue dog from the pound. She was the best dog you could ask for, we had her for fourteen years.

I also like to use adobe sauce and smoked red chipotle peppers in certain dishes like chili.

Rick, we got these from the rescue group that we foster for and help with transports. Speaking of, I am helping with one tomorrow where the dog has been fostered near Albany and is heading to his forever home near Niagara Falls. His new owners have recently started to foster pups for the rescue.

It is good stuff Rick. I also have an unusual ingridient that I put in my chili. I will put in some cocoa powder.not much but it enhances the flavor.

Should we decide to get another dog it will be another rescue dog. Wife is worried that we wont be able to find another as good as Babs. That was a killer to put her down.

Neil watch out for the ghost chilis. They are one of teh worlds hottest peppers. I personally havent used them before. The last test done on them rated a ghost pepper at 1,001,304 Scoville Heat units.

Gerry, yes I do. Most of the time, the hotter the better I got these peppers from a good friend of mine that owns one of the local pizza shops. He uses these in his extreme hot buffalo chicken wing sauce. This sauce was sooooo hot, I could not feel my lips after the 3rd wing
