Help no start

Help no start
All was well and then no start it will turn over but wont fire. Theft light keeps blinking. Ive disconnected the batteries to reset the computer but no luck checked all the fuses all good. Got it towed to a shop and they are telling me it is the keys. Some code my sct didnt read that says the truck is not reading the key chip. I'm lost any help would be appreciated.
