Size of Pinion nut and drive shaft bolts

I have a 2002 XLT 5.4 liter with the 9.75 diff. I am trying to find out what size the pinion nut is and what size the drive shaft bolts are. I know the drive shaft bolts are going to be 12 pt. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
