Is their a way to tell if my truck has the towing package. I know that it was used for towing a fifth wheel (holes in the bed) and there is an add on recever hitch and trailer brake control in the cab.

But, I don't see any extra cooling for oil, trans, etc.

97' 4x4 extra cab 8 foot bed 4.6

Does it have the factory wiring harness in the rear attatched to the bumper? It should have an extra tranny cooler too.
