2000 Expedition short Help

2000 Expedition started out with turn on the lights the radio cut out now has exploded into no keys in the ignition and my truck trying to start i have a fog light that one of the wires is cut

Did you recently run it through a car wash, or has it rained heavily in the past couple of days where you are?
