The tail lights you're looking at are about the same thing I put on mine, and I'm really happy with them. As far as your other bulbs, you might take a look here. I've bought some stuff from them and have been really happy with their products. LED Lights, Bulbs & Accessories - SUPER BRIGHT LEDS
I changed all of my interior bulbs as well. I ordered them from this site. You will need 3 of the festoon bulbs, i used the 578 1 LED bulb was plenty bright enough for the rear courtesy/map lights.
The front requires the 194 LED bulb, 2 of them, I used the 6 LED SMD wide angle wedge in the front. I did have to trim the reflective surface a 1/4" to make it fit.
I also change the cargo/3rd brake light 194 bulbs. There is 2 in there that are clear bulbs and one red. Used the 15 LED SMD base tower. Very pleased with this one, lights up the whole bed.
The license plate take s the 194 also. I went with the 5 LED wide angle wedge. Wished i woulda went brighter on these. The "SMD," whatever that means, seems to be a brighter bulb overall.
SMD = Surface Mounted Device which basically means the diode (LED in this case) is mounted directly to the circuit board without wires that would normally poke through the boards and be soldered on the other side. This can make for much smaller devices with the same or even brighter output in the case of a light.
Use this guide to determine the bulb numbers and then go to Amazon (first) or eBay to find the replacement LEDs.
On the technical page, it would be great if we had a listing of all existing bulb numbers and the LED replacement. It would be a fun little project to upgrade all the bulbs on the truck.
