Help please

It also is popping in the intake when u accelerate hard .

I was wondering if not enough exhaust back pressure has anything to do with this ! It has true 2 1/2 duals with flowmaster mufflers . NO CAT'S !!
Would resonators help or no ?????
Also why would one side run warmer than the other ??
Is it ok to block off the crossover tube on the back of the heads ??? It rotted off so its blocked.
Would New o2 sensors from a 2000 - 2013 f150 cause any problems on my 94 E350 ????
I keep trying to work these issues out but every time it seems like im going backwards instead of forward .

Any hep is appreciated !!!!
Popping in the intake manifold? Are you sure it isn't knocking, pinging or valve float? Check ignition timing and advance.
EPA ratings say dropping from 5.8 to 4.9 is good for a couple of mpg so I wouldn't hold my breath that engine mods will make big improvements. Drive like a granny if mpg is that important to you.

as for your o2 sensor thoughts in the first post, it'll be happiest with what it was made to run with. will the others work? likely, but i wouldn't guarantee it. the computer knows what to expect from the sensors it was made to work with
5-7mpg isn't right. check to see if your timing is set correctly, AND to verify that it advances as you rev the engine. is the check engine light on? have you tried to pull codes?
