orings

Need help with the getting the size of the orings that go on the plugs thatare in each end ofthe heads

Buy the plugs too. Only a couple bucks more. I just put new ones in the rear since it was accessible now.

I am going to try to stop leak today so if I can get it out I will probly just replace oring unless Lordco or Baker has the plugs as they are the only guys open here on sunday .

Going to see if dealer has the plugs today I was not aware that there was that much presure there .I did not take it out yet . Good thing I did not mess with it or I would be walking

I tried.buying the o-rings ftm dealer with mo luck. They only well the new plugs with o-rings on them. Also, check installation instructions. Supposed to put a certain type thread lock on those.

Got plugs and orings yesterday I could not get the plug out with the tools I had even tried makeing a pices to go in a flex bar but the angle was to much I was woried I mighg crack the oil galley so I took to dealer . ?

A hole in the firewall has been drilled before by people to access those plugs. How much did the dealer quote you to do the repair? I don't know what their procedure to change them is.

They changed the one under the down pipe and the one under the ac cost was 257.00

Could have been worse. Basically all labor, but at least you got it fixed.

Yep and they did the hard ones .but now it turns over alot before it starts . It did this at the dealer and I asked because its always flashed right up they said it would clear up after I drove it awhile but after I did thjs and parked it for afew hours it was
The same turned over alot

It's got air in the system. It will do that for up to 200 miles. Take it and run it pretty hard and it will clear up faster.
