My Old Man's problem...
Hey guys, my dad just rebuilt the 2.9 in his '88 BII and is having trouble getting it running. He's gone through all the diagnostic steps in his haynes manual which is pretty much the same stuff I've found on this forum so far. But I haven't found his problem in the past threads and hope maybe one of you guys would know. What he's stuck on is that he doesn't have any power at his injectors...all 6 of them....he swears up and down that he's tested every single relay, and I know he replaced the in-tank fuel pump not long ago, if that has anything to do with it. Does this mean the computer went bad? Has anyone come across this before?

Just to check back in with ya, turns out the old man somehow bent a pin in the harness pigtail... problem solved!
