Thunderbird front hubs

Thunderbird front hubs
Does anyone know if 72 Thunderbird hubs will fit onto 56 F100 spindles? Are the inner and outer bearing diameters the same? I think it might fit but I don't have one to measure and thought maybe someone has tried this before and may know.

I know the year's and car's are different but my uncle put 68' (what ever the full size station wagon was) rotor's on his 57' Thunderbird and he had to have shim's and spacer's made, but it all worked out well.
