No voltage at IAC
I think this is bad because the IAC goes directly to the PCM. I tested the connector for voltage, not much. Just a few mv.
The PCM is an A9L from my mass air conversion but should work the same as stock PCM.
Is my PCM bad if this happens? I've heard of certain parts of the PCM going bad and not throwing codes.

The IAC and other solenoids (and injectors) receive +12 volts whenever the key is in the Start/Run position via the EEC relay. The IAC receives this voltage on the red wire. The PCM controls the return side by momentarily completing the electrical path to ground.
