Brake Rotor Compatability
Will 05 rotors work on my 01. Both 4wd 250's. Buddy gave me his old ones. If tey work planning on having them machined and use them for a quick brake job next time around.

Not if you have the stock 16" rims. 2005 and up have larger brakes/rotors which necessitated the move to 17" rims. As far as I know, they would mount fine, but the stock 16" rims on your 2001 woundn't fit over them. If you stepped up to bigger rims then they might fit. No promises though b/c the offsets are different as well.
