I am looking to buy replacement cowl panels for my 55 and it seems Mac's has the best deal on them. I have only dealt with mid fifty...Are Macs Parts pretty good quality????

Most of these parts come off the same boat from China so the quality should be the same. The closer the vendor is to the coast the cheaper the parts most likely. It comes down to customer service which sometimes worth the extra penny.

I haven't bought any body parts from them but everything else like clutch/pressure plate kits, and various other small parts were period correct in fit and function. You have an option at checkout that allows you to cancel the order if it is a back-ordered piece also. They don't make you wait and wait if you don't want to. After you order something they send you a new catalog each time they update it. That has been my experience with them I hope your's is equally positive if you choose to buy from them.
