New Steering Wheel
Hey everyone...just wanted to let you know. I have replaced my old steering wheel with a new wood/leather one - matched both the leather and the rosewood trim in the X.
All I can say is WOW!!! Very happy with it. Only $299 (refundable core charge of $100) was 1/2 what the dealer wanted.
ALSO - because I have large hands I had it made 30% bigger (wider) so you actually grip a decent wheel - instead of the little skinny one it comes with as factory.
Of course I can not post pictures here - but the guy you need to call for this is Bob Mansfield...rjmansmith at aol.com - you can also check out the website at 97-03 F150
He doesn't list the Excursion - but does them...
