NOW WTF

Need some help guys? If it’s not one thing it’s another onthis truck. I just flushed the coolant on the truck about 200 miles ago and itlooks like there is a milky substance (assuming oil) in the reserve tank. Ialso took picture a few weeks ago of the moister inside of the valve covers andit looks like there is still a ton coming out of the Crank case vent tube. Keepin mind the oil on this truck has been changed 3 times in the last 1000 milesto get all the crap out of her. The oil still looks clean but at the bottom of the dip stick you can see somthing strange that looks like milk chunks?

With the pictures out of focus (yes I know its hard) I cannot give much speculation.

water in oil, coolant, is usually injector cup issue.

Well i am worried that the fuel spike from who ever installed the spring wrong might have somthing to do with it but i am not sure. The spring was bent bad but i dont know what peak fuel pressure hit. I know at 500 rpms under no load it was about 70 psi so i assume peak pressure was a lot higher.

Is there any way to narrow it down since both jobs are a PITA.

The injectors use only the fuel needed . The pressure means nothing unless its too low . What you are measuring as it pertains to the fuel pressure is what is in the return to the tank . If it gets too high it will blow the filter lid ...

Oil in water ,wouldn't oil cooler make sence? The oil pressure at the cooler is greater than the cooling systen pressure.and I didn't think the cups were exposed to coolant.only fuel and oil.correct me if I am wrong.its been a while since I saw a cup actually out of a head so I amy be rusty in this aspect. NO disrespect just thinking out loud I guess

If it is oil , the oil cooler is most likely the problem

You are wrong this one time lol. The cups are exposed to coolant and can get very tiny cracks in them. Some times its so bad that the cooling system can even fill with fuel since the fuel is at a much higher pressure then the coolant. Its hard to tell what it is inside of the pastic tank. I took a good smell but all i could smell was antifreez.

What has me worried is there seems to be something in boththe oil and the coolant.

Dude dont get upset. I am thankfull for the help so please dont take it like that. But one of the ways to test the cups to see if they have failed is to pressure test the cooling system with the injectors out to see if it push's coolant back into the cup. Like i said i am not trying to be a smart *** so i dont understand why you are getting upset.

What do you want for the cooler.

Its just hard to tell if its oil or fuel. I agree it would be the oil cooler (keeping fingers crossed) but if its fuel then the injector cups.

Coolant in oil= leaking oil cooler, hole in front cover or head gasket (highly unlikely)
Fuel in coolant= cracked injector cups
