Is this a good deal

Im looking at buying a used F-150 from a dealership that does not haggle. They say they will not budge at all. They dont play games like other dealer ships and sticker is what your paying.

Heres the truck.

2012 Super Crew FX4 Ecoboost 5.5ft bed 3.73 locker Blue Flame
5600 miles
Leather seats/heated cooled/10 way adjust
moon roof
remote start
20" painted rims
bed liner
tonneau cover
tow package
rear camera
rear backup sensors
running boards
luxary package
memory seats
power fold mirros.

They want 36998.

Also has 3m covering on the front of the truck. And doesnt have a mark on it anywhere.

I think its a good deal for the miles and options. It has just about everything but navigation and appearance package.

Truck was a lease.

What you guys think? Im planning on going to buy it tomorrow.

What was MSRP? I can't keep up with what new trucks cost anymore, seems like that should be new price. I know new 2012's still on lots are going for a lot of MSRP. Heck rebates alone were hitting $8K a few weeks ago for the right optioned truck.

The way this truck is optioned, I'll wager that it MSRP'd for over 42K. I think it sounds solid but I can't stand a one price dealer. I can't help but think that maybe, just maybe I could have squeaked one more dollar out of thier pockets.

looks like a carry-over lariat:
New 2012 Ford F-150 Sioux Falls | New Ford Dealer - T63460
bout the same price,

another carry-over lariat:
New 2012 Ford F-150 Sioux Falls | New Ford Dealer - T63655
bout the same price

another carry-over lariat:
New 2012 Ford F-150 Sioux Falls | New Ford Dealer - T63391
touch more for this one.

window stickers are available so you can compare options with your FX4.

these guys are a no-haggle dealer.
i've found their prices to be about as good as i have been able to negotiate with other dealers, so i'd say they are pretty fair ... as far as dealers go anyway.

I agree with others, have you sat down to discuss a new 2012? You may be surprised what they are willing to do to move the 2012's.

The trucks MSRP was 47,000 with all the options it has. I built one on fords website using the 2012 option list. To build an equivilant 2013, you just do an FX4, and check the 402A box. But you dont get the moon roof.

I have searched everywhere for new/used for an optiond FX4 around that price and have came up with zip. They all want 43-44. (which i know they will come down)

I could buy a brand new 2013 exactly the same as this truck(woudl come with HID's and touch scree) for $41,110. 200 over invoice from a local dealer, but basically still spending 4k more for a few less miles HIDS,touchscreen, and one model year newer. It may be the better bang for buck, but im trying to be as practical as i can. Its still more money, and i there isnt any extra value as far as usefullness to me. I would love to buy a new one, just seems that i come back to it still costs more.

Thats why im trying to figure out if this truck is a fair price.

I thnk that with all of the research that you have already done in comparing this truck to leftover '12s and a new '13, if you are happy with the used one and are looking to save money, then go for it. The only thing that you will be loosing is the 5600 miles from any warranty coverage. Good luck with your decision.

You should be able to get close to $10,000 off sticker on the 2012's. I just bought a new 2013 and with the rebates and discounts they were offering on the new trucks, it did not make sense to look at used. Have you physically sat down to negotiate on a 2012?

Right, but that is a 2013. The rebates and discounts are much more for 2012's. Comparing a new 2013 to a used 2012 is not comparing apples to apples.
