cleanin engine bay 96 f150 5.0

puttin in a 5.0 out of an explorer into the truck and wanting to clean up the engine bay so its not so clutter any ideas? ive got all the smog stuff removed(no cats) what bout the fan shroud? can i move the coil to the the firewall? its a mass air rig by the way

might look into an electric fan from ebay?

If you keep the fan on the engine, the shroud ABSOLUTELY HAS TO STAY THERE!! ...Unless of course you want to over heat your new engine and possibly pop a head gasket or two. Then by all means, remove it. Keep it simple and keep the coil on the engine. If you really want to make a "Wow!" statement under the hood, sand and polish the upper intake and valve covers. (assuming the valve covers are aluminum)

Stock Explorer valve covers are steel.

Youngun what year is that Explorer engine? If it is a late 97 & up it will have the "P" heads. I don't think your F-150 exhaust manifolds are going to bolt up.
