It's very clear the work that you did in not just doing but the planning involved...very, very impressive.........
Ok- all you guys & gals out there- pay very close attention to this guy....this is a real car/truck (tim Allen grunt, grunt) GUY and how its really suppose to be done!

So now this makes me love this thing even more!
I've been reading and replying to a lot of topics here in the performance/boost section to get my inspiration back. I've been out of the loop a few years and this is giving me great motivation.
Keep up the good work.
Are you using 6 or 8 rib serpentine belt. I need to find a lower 8 rib pulley and was curious what you used. I'm tempted to try a supercoupe lower but parts are hard to find. I've thought about just using a 6rib but wasn't sure where my hp goal was.

Thanks man!
Sorry for the late reply, I don't check this forum that much.
And it's just the stock 6 rib pulley system
Seems like the smaller underdrive crank pulley is going to limit boost. Was that your intention. The stock crank pulley being bigger should spin the blower faster for more boost, but also more heat. Water injection before the blower is your friend. And if you use straight water, no real tuning is needed. It will seal the blower better and it alone will usually make a little more boost.
How did you lign up the blower pulley with the accessory pulleys. Did you just eyeball it and close enough. I put an m90 on a corrado and that's all I did, and used a straight edge to get it close. Worked fine but just wanted a better way.
I was going to use the back portion of the blower pulley, just in case I did upgrade to 8rib pulleys later. I'm going to be doing this on a v8 so I may need the extra belt later on. Just trying to plan ahead.
Thanks for the info.
