This morning my 66 F100 started fine. I drove it all day. I came home, unloaded my tools and proceeded to move the truck to my parking spot but it was suddenly dead! No spark, no dash lights. Nothing! The headlights don't even work. The battery and starter solenoid appear to have juice but everything else went dead.
I'm not always a good troubleshooter with electrical issues. Any thoughts on what to look for?? Thanks!!
Sounds like it's possibly ground related. I'd check the connections at the battery and engine side of thing to start, with the whole system going it at once. My gut says bad ground.

Thanks Bob. I was thinking maybe it was the ignition switch but usually the dome light & headlights work even with the ignition switch off. But I get nothing with the key on or off. I'll check out the grounds and see what happens.
Thanks again.
check the two connectors at the firewall where the wiring harness connects the inside wiring with the outside(engine compartmen) wiring. Those get corroded and may cause similar problems

x2- this sounds like a problem with the main feed into the cab.
Found it!! Yay!! The positive side of the starter relay/solenoid had come loose. A couple of weeks ago I installed relays on my headlights and attached a wire there. Apparently, I didn't snug it up quite enough and it jiggled loose. All tight now and were back in business!
Thanks for all the help!!!
