DPF delete pass smog?

Looking to get an 08+ F450 diesel and was wondering if the DPF delete will pass smog? Saw in a magazine that, tune, and something else and truck was getting 20+ mpg. Just wondering as I'm looking to use as tow rig and daily driver ....

No, a DPF Delete will not pass a smog inspection.
