I'll go out on a limb here and venture that there is only one mfg source for '53-'56 F-100 running boards. Whether you buy from Mac's, Carpenter, Mid-Fifty, or Concours; you'll get the same piece. having said that I recently bought a single from Mac's and it was near perfect-can't tell any difference from it's original mate.
