2005 expy air suspension issues???

I started to notice as the night got colder that in the morning the front end of my expy(the front pass side really bad) would sit lower than usual. it usually would take 10-15 min of driving for the system to finally pump up(check suspension light and crappy handling at the same time also) but it would work perfectly the rest of the day....lowering when I turned off the key and got out and pumping up when I started it.

I started to turn off the system when it was fully pumped up and it would stay pumped up if sitting in the driveway..even all night..but if I started to drive it the front end would go low again

took it to the dealership and they said the computer said that my height sensor both rt and lt were bad.....broken and corroded they said...1100 to fix!!!!!.......online I can get them from 100-200 and they are easy to replace

When i looked at them they didnt look broke or corroded so I decided to unbolt them and see if maybe the elec connection was corroded or the "plastic arm that attachs to it was broken...its real easy to get to

I took both of them off and the elec connections were very clean but the metal arm on one felt stuck and barely moved even w/ PB blaster but the other one moved very freely.... almost too free....I dont know which one is broken or if they are both broken....I dont know what the normal movement of the metal arm is supposed to feel like

So I mounted both back in ...kept the system off and in the AM the front was fully pumped.....but as before on the drive in town now it lowered even lower than it usually does.....and it rides horrible.....the compressor is not coming on either now..it did a little I think when I first started it

could it be the sensors?
can I get used or cheaper online anywhere?
I cant hear any leaking air and I did spray soapy water where the lines attach into the air bag
the shocks looks good too ..no leaks
could i have blown a fuse cause even though the system was off I didnt disconnect the battery
does something need to be reset?
Is there anything I can do to temporarily get the front end up til I can get it fixed?

I going to have to do something soon cause it looks like a low rider in the front and the rear is sticking up in the air

UPDATE...... as i was on my way home today while sitting at the gas station the compressor turned on and pumped up only the driver side front...pass side front is still way down...help

The ride height sensors are suppose to move freely. Usually the unit seizes up and the arm rounds out the plastic stud on the sensor. That is how it is on my 03 nav anyway, and they want 250-300 for those. I just bought the front right, and now the compressor sounds bad. I am with TA next order will be from American air suspension and end the headache. Everyone says I am one of the lucky ones with 10+ years on my system with only replacing ride height sensors.

call this guy and talk to him. His name is Eddie. if you want to keep your air or do the conversion he can help.
