GLOW PLUGS QUESTION

I have a 2004 f250 crew cab with the 6.0 (2003 engine)
and i need glow plugs.
i have seen a few on ebay for about $80.00 for all eight

what brand would you guys recommend?
were can i buy them?
how much should i be paying?
is there a video that i can see so it will make it easy on me to do. i have never done them before.

I always use Motorcraft and they are no fun to get out. Most of the time you end up damaging the glow plug bus bar (wiring harness) and have to replace them also.
