Is the CEL on?

What is the general condition and maintenance of the truck, mileage,

Etc.? How long has this condition existed?

Is the Check Engine Light (CEL) on? Even if it is not, have you checked for codes?

How old are the plugs/wires/cap/rotor and filters?

We think alike

I'd like to add battery condition too.

Punctuation would to decode what all that means. Somewhere in there I think you state you replaced the Ignition Control Module (ICM)?

Now we are getting somewhere. Did you use thermal grease with the new ICM? This is not the same as dielectric grease.

Why did you replace the original ICM?

Your old one should have been a gray colored Push-Start style version. Is the new one the same or the incorrect black color CCD style ICM?

When the truck will not run/start have you checked for spark?

Yes thermal grease its the gray one and i replaced it bc it went out and it has spark and gas going to the motor i checked the fuel pressure it is getting between 36 and 40 psi when you turn the key on but it acts just like its flooded when you try to start it after its warm if you let it sit for a hr or so it starts fine and i pulled the spark plug while it was warm they were gassed up so i know its flooding i just wanted to know if anyone has had this problem and could help narrow down the list for me

Many on this forum have experienced a similar problem. It's a process of testing and elimination. I am trying to narrow down the list for you. None of us are standing next to you or have knowledge of what was previously replaced and why. Too many times we have seen someone ignore the basics and start throwing parts at a problem only to find out it was not necessary. Or worse yet introduce a new problem.

You stated "i pulled the spark plug while it was warm they were gassed up" Did you check for spark when the engine is warm? Perhaps the plugs are gas fouled because there is no spark?
