Routine maintenance ideas

Have a wide open day today. Anyone have any ideas for a 92 f150 with a 302? things ive done include:

Oil change
Coolant change
Trans flush
Spark plugs
Wires
Cap and rotor
fuel injector cleaner
cleaned throttle body

My next question is, can an o2 sensor stop working as well/properly without throwing me a code? Truck is getting...quite terrible milage and im really trying to hit 15 or so highway...yeah, that kinda bad to me haha.

Yes, an O2 sensor can be sub-par without tripping a Check Engine Light.

Grease all fittings, check pressure and condition of spare tire, spray all hinges...

Found this when I was lubing the drive-line...

I actually felt cold chills knowing that I was driving around with my family. I immediately pulled both off, (The driver-side was a little less cracked...) and replaced them. The pass side fell apart as soon as the radius arm bolt was loosened...

It's worth a 15 minute check under your rig while doing regular maintenance...
