Oh Yes,
I am feeling it today. I try to make sure everything is good to go before I have to go to school. No matter how hard I work, something is bound to break as soon as I leave town, seems like the nature of the beast. Sometimes I get lucky and everything goes smoothly. I loaded up the wife on hay and food for the furry kids. The school is 2 hrs away so I hope to make it home on the weekends, if they let us go.
At least the maintenance is done on the daily drivers.
Good Morning !!
A short week this week since monday was a holiday. All my mechanics are out on a service call to a unit today, so I am on the floor servicing trucks again. Trying to keep the work flow going. We have been pumping them out the last 2 weeks.
A liitle on the nippy side this morning. Can't wait for spring to get here. I hope to get around to putting a power steering pump in the truck this weekend. Have to search the shed for some of my gear for my school coming up. It seems never ending..

Been there, done that, the school let us have the weekends.
Winter's here in Wisconsin. (-10 degrees yesterday) I might have to retire to Georgia.
Whats up Buddy !!!!
You can have that weather, going to be mid 60's here today!! SFC Brown called me the other day, he said they have had very little snow this year, what they do get melts after a few days. Not the 86 inches we got.
I was just talking about you getting that fine new Harley truck the other day. Come on down!!! The door is always open.
Well the weekend is finally here for me. Went by Summit tonight after work and picked up nplugs, wires, Pertronix Ignitor II, and the new coil. Should be a fun weekend.
I worked on the yard today, I am going to be sore tomorrow. I am finishing up taxes this weekend and looking for some of my gear for school. Looks like the nice weather is going to hang around for a few more days.
Well we got the ignition changed over Saturday and she dired right up the first time! I count that as a success. Seems to have smoothed out the old 352 a little. Not leaps and bounds of improvement, but every bit helps. In the process we also solved the random ALT light problem. Seems the locking tabs are broken off the harness connector to the regulator, so if it moves just right it loses connection. Cleaned the contacts good and zip tied it to the regulator for a temporary fix.
I guess the next thing to tackle will be the little exhaust leak. Just have tot decide whether to go back with headers or just put the stock manifolds back on. (Definitely the less expensive option!)
I spent all weekend doing basic maintenance and repair around the homestead. Raked leaves, pressure washed the fence and barn, worked on the driveway. Getting to alot of man work done that has not been taken care of since daddy got sick and passed away.
Daddy was a horder with piles of stuff everywhere, I have been slowly taking it off, I have to admit the place if looking alot better. Once I sell my Camaro I am going to roll that money back into the truck. I will have everything done around the house and I will have plenty of time to concentrate on the truck!!!!!!
