Work partner's 5000 mile Cummins

Told him I would have to post these on the FTE......

Little noisy coming home from the firehouse in the morning, revved it up in the driveway and made a mess of the asphalt.

Blown at 5K, he should be getting a new 6.7 Cummins and hopefully a loaner while it's shopped for the swap.

No 6.7, just a new engine (complete) and a loaner while it was down for the 5-6 weeks

probably the best thing here is the amount of damage so they don't do a rebuilt but rather replace.

Hunh? I get the cummins talk but where does apple come into it? And honestly, apple products are very well constructed. All may not like the os but the hardware and casing is superior to just about any other.

Some of their more recent products are not easily serviceable and not designed for a long product lifecycle. That is pretty much priority #1 or #2 for me. They used to make very easily serviceable products that were just as nice inside as they look on the outside but now that seems to have fallen by the wayside and it just has to look good on the outside.

That is all (without turning this thread into an Apple discussion).

I feel bad for anyone that has problems with their trucks after spending huge dollars like we all have in today's market. It is so frustrating to have troubles on such an expensive vehicle.
