'03 Nav

If one has to replace the cluster on an '03 Nav does the "new" (junkyard) one have to be reprogrammed or can it just be installed an run with it?

To just plug it in and run with it you would need ECM, the ignition key and locks. If you are having a problem with the trip meter not lighting there are several threads addressing that issue.
