Does anyone make a tailgate for a 55 f100 with the old ford script instead of the big ole block letters

1955 F-100's never came with the script tailgate, only the block letters, so there was never a need to reproduce one. If you want a script 'gate, you'll have to use the 51-2 model and modify as necessary.

I'm using a 51-52 tailgate and it fits perfect without mods but I did remove the chain eyelets and made the side piece run up to the top rather than stop short on a 45. (bought at Mid 50's)
