Autozone has very good diagrams for your year truck. You have to go to the site and register(I have had no spam problems or anything else from doing this) plug in your truck, and then go to vehicle repair guides, and then wiring diagrams. They also have fuse box info and wiring harness info under the wiring diagrams portion.

One trap I have fallen into is the superduty versus the f150 trucks. Autozone mixes it all together, so you have to look at the margin of the diagram to make sure you are looking at the correct diagram. Unlike the earlier years, in the later years the superduties have some differences compared to the f150's.

Nothing beats freebies but if you like to carry your info with you I'd recommend an EVTM from Ford, available on eBay for varying prices: 2004 Ford F 150 F150 Heritage Factory Shop Electrical Wiring Diagrams Manual | eBay

These tend to be a bit more vehicle specific and may address the differences in SD's over F-Series as Franklin mentions.
