Trying to find D1ZB-180621-AA or any equivalent. Any around from your sources or at a dealer that I can contact?
Thanks in advance.
Since that's an engineering number, not a part number, you might do better to tell us what the part is supposed to be, and what application it's for. We can work with that.
You might check with Glazier's Mustang Barn. They're kind of like the 'Chuck's Trucks' of the Mustang world. They work on them and sell parts for them. And they stock a lot of good used stuff, too.
Thanks for the info Number Dummy. I'm in the process of seeing if I can fabricate a new **** for the switch. The switch does disassemble so it looks like it might be possible.
Pic in parts catalog does not show a **** and text doesn't list one. This is why I gave you the parts catalog pic reference, so you could take a look-see.
Thanks, there is no replacement ****, that is built into the switch and "is not repairable". It looks like the **** and shaft from a convertible top switch might fit in place of the broken **** once the switches are disassembled. The convertible top switches have been reproduced and are available fairly cheap so I might go that route if I can't find a defroster switch.
I can't thank you enough for the info - it really moved me in the right direction.
