Edge Insight Customer Service
Got in my truck Wednesday morning to run some errands and when I started the truck my Insight failed to light up. It was dead as a door nail. When I returned home I called Edge and even though I have had the unit for a year and a few months, the guy on the phone said they would cross ship a new one that day! No hassle, no hoops to jump through, just gave him the serial number and that was that. Here it is Friday and about the middle of the afternoon FedEx delivered a new unit and only 2 days later I have a working Insight again.
This is the kind of customer service all companies should strive for.
