E150 front rotors

E150 front rotors
I am new here and would like to get some info if possible. I have a 99 coversion E150 and this things has gone through 2 sets of rotors and 1 rotor grind with less than 75K. It can get down right violent on an exit ramp from a high speed. I won't get rid of this vehicle for nothing, but what is with this?

The cold treated ones are expensive but very hard and I like them. I have also installed regular slotted rotors on my crown vic. So far so good. There are many sites that can provide you with good recommendations.
