A little Fun...

Thought it to be interesting to have a little fun and see how many deleted trucks we see on the roads.

Here's one I saw on the way home today.

I was moving some of my equipment home today and had a 6.4 service truck pass me for a Tree service company. Kinda surprised me when he dumped out to pass and blew a cloud of black smoke

Not too many here in California Bay Area. Living here kinda takes the fun out of everything. I've only seen one. On another one with black pipes, I bent down to take a look just to see a DPF.

Most 6.4's I see around here have black sooted tail pipes, but I don't believe that's an indication it's been deleted.

Around here, if I see black tail pipes and I have the opportunity, I don't mind talking to the driver and asking what tuner they're running and I have yet to have a person say they're not tuned/deleted. So around here, odds are pretty favorable for black tips=deleted.

Once the Environazi protection agency gets their way, you will be a criminal if you have soot/black smoke.

I'm surprised that many are running deleted... I know of two 6.4 trucks that have black tailpipes due to cracked ceramic DPF's.

Also I noticed alot of construction 6.4 trucks have black tailpipes, but I wouldn't think they're deleted. Most company trucks try to stay legal.

Having said this most hot shotters run 6.7 RAMS and most of those trucks are deleted.

Interesting. And you're only 30 miles from me. My buddy owns a landscape company and runs mostly 6.4's and they're all deleted including EGR's. His brother runs Cummins and they're all deleted too.

There maybe more delete activity than I was aware of.

Yeah I saw one a while ago. Had an NRA sticker, a US Army sticker, a Viet Nam service sticker, A 282nd Assualt Helicopter Company sticker, a Tea party Sticker, a Line X logo, a Titan XL sticker, a Diesel Site sticker, An FTE sticker and an H&S logo on the back window, and on the bumper a Don't tread on me sticker and a Herman Cain for president (slightly faded) sticker. The tail pipe was chrome and the insides were black as coal. Yep, saw it sitting in my shop just awhile ago.

Well the OP said we should have some fun.

Was starting to think in my head "How'd he remember all these stickers?"

Very clean pipe, may be using tuner to monitor, or he just deleted yesterday.
