3rd row seats - Headrests??

3rd row seats - Headrests??
Has anyone changed the 3rd row seat, or added headrests?? I really don't like how when my children sit on the back row, their shoulders are just above the top of the seat, without any support for their heads if we get rear ended?? (I don't like the lap belt in the middle row much either!)
