I failed the emissions testing awhile back, and after it did i took it to a shop to have a tune up and engine diagnotics test run. They found a bunch of stuff i need to replace and what not. They told me i need to replace my EGR valve, EGR valve position sensor O2 sensor and bunch of other stuff but those 3 are what is mainly affecting my emissions, right? I dont have mad cash flow or anything right now, but do you think if i replaced my O2 sensor for now, will it make any difference? I was thinking of getting a bosch but i dont know what would be best. I really need to know as i will probably be buying one today. Thanks for any help!
Oh and i also forgot to mention i need a new cat too, and was thinking about going with a catco. Does anyone have experience with the catcos? I just dont have excess to a welder right now to have it welded on. So i might still go with a O2 sensor right now. (but than again i dont even have my old cat on it anymore lol)
My truck is a 1991 F150 4x4 Nite with the 302 with a little over 105,000 miles....
