My truck is a 1993,f150,302,aod tranny,2x2,flowmaster exhaust,On the way home it started to put out clouds of white smoke,so thick that you could not see behind you.the engine only has about 5000 miles on it . What do you think I did to it

Yep, that certainly is from the cooling system. You don't want to drive it to much like this as it is bad on the oxygen sensor and if it does get into the oil, you can hurt the bottom end of the motor. Most likely caused by a bad head gasket.

Check and make sure the transmission modulator is not pumping tranny fluid into the intake. Does the smoke dissapate quickly or does it linger for a time? If it stays in the air for some time it can be trans fluid.
