92 wont turn over
today i bought a 92 f250 4x4 7.3 auto and brought it home and put brand new batteries in it because it has been sitting for 4 years, i tried to start the truck and the cyllinoid just clicks so i went to oriellys and had the starter checked and it tested out good so i took cylinoid off my other truck that i drive every day and the same thing happens. i tried to jump the cylinoid and it still just clicks. i cleaned all the grounds on the block. if i take the cable that runs from the hot side of the battery to the starter off the starter and touch it on the frame i get no spark or anything. any ideas?
