theres Axel work to be done, and all the other parts posted already to deal with. i donk know just what is needed to get the locking diff but i would have to say its not much different than a aftermarket locker. at that i would look in to say e locker or some other brand it would be cheeper and you could get full time locking out of one that way.

a Buddie of mine got some junk yard axles and trued them in his truck and never could get the locking diff to work so hes now back in stock axles and adding a after market one!
