idles up and down
1987 e350 van with 460 holly carb
I have bad a few problems getting this van pass emmisions but I think I have got that part fixed. I found a bad gasket under the egr plate to intake manifold. I am hoping that this fixes my to much oxygen reading. Anyway I am now having a problem with the idle constantly going up and down. I put a new ignition module in and a new coil,wires,plugs,pcv valve. I also replaced all the diaphrams in the carb 2 of them had holes in them. I am not sure if I got the electric choke set just right and I cant findthe page in chiltons that explains how to do this. Also would low fuel pump pressure cause this to happen? Any Ideas? Thanks!
